Thank you.
Domino loves to run with me (with a leash) on bike rides.
He managed to drop me about 3 times early on but now we have a system dialed in and we have little trouble.

I'm late, but here it is. An early '70s American Eagle/Nishiki. I got it for a load of wood in 1979. It's the factory paint, plus a few rust spots from the sweat of my brow.

I am going to try and post a quick picture of my Hillborne here even with the askew picture. Hope this works.

Scored this one a couple days ago and I enjoy giving it an overhaul during the darker autumn days.

A Vittorio. 'Super Vittorio La Strada' is the bike's full name.

My Rabobank C40 isn't exactly vintage but it is a classic.

Thanks both

Brief specs: Stronglight 49D cranks, Campag shifters and mechs including bronze Record mech, Weinmann Vainqueur 999 centre pulls, Ideale seat and clamp, Titan post. When I removed the white tape I discovered remnants of blue cotton tape. Blue cotton will sure make its return with the rebuild. I will also try to place the bottle cage a bit lower on the downtube, so the elegant 'Super Vittorio' will be fully readable.

The previous owner told me the bike originally belonged to a rider who raced for the Dutch National team. I've been given his contact details, so I will certainly get in touch with him to learn more on the bike's history.
