clipless pedal adapter

I have some old Look pedals on my Panasonic, and was wondering if anyone has ever made or heard of some sort of adapter for non clip shoes. Hopping on to run to the corner store or what have you, shouldn't require changing my shoes. Yes, I know that there are combo pedals available, but I already have these.(plus they are period correct)
I was thinking of utilizing some cleats bolted to something(aluminum plate w/non-skid surface?) instead of a shoe that would just clip onto the pedal until I remove it to use bike shoes. OR I suppose I could just ride on the Look pedals as is with my sneakers.
Any thoughts?

I knew I had seen some before, so I checked Google and found these...

There are others available as well, these just happen to be Look compatible and don't make you buy a set of cleats for the adapter.

I have the Exustar, and it doesn't work. Maybe it fits Shimano pedals, but it doesn't fit Wellgos.

These look exactly like what I was envisioning. My old Looks are deltas so they should work. Thanks guys.

The looks are big enough for me to ride in sandals if it comes up.
