no idea who made the frame, but i think the dropouts/forkends are actually Gipiemme just stamped "Super Vitus". The brake bridge might be GPM, too. Looks like nice work, whoever built it...what are those Frankenstein plugs on the seat stays (bottom)? Rack mounts?

I noticed the plugs too, seems like a strange frame to mount a rack to.

If shipping wasn't so bad I'd take a chance on it.
