I'm having trouble deciding.
Okay, here's my situation. I've been searching online for a decent road bike at a price I can manage for the time being. I found these two:
1) https://orlando.craigslist.org/bik/2688125644.html
2) https://orlando.craigslist.org/bik/2685737452.html
And I was wondering which of the two would be a better buy? I am 6'2", however I have ridden 56cm frame comfortably. (Or just naive).

A-I don't think that Peugeot is a 56cm, looks more like a 54cm.
B-At 6'2" unless you have freakish short legs, you probably don't fit on a 56, much less a 54cm.
C-I have the mixte version of that Peugeot, and it's not light, but it is precise.
D-The Centurion seems to fit, has pretty good components for the time.
Check out the "NOS Centurion" thread...

Welcome to BF and the C&V forum. Let us know what you decide. I'd take Robbie's advice into consideration, he really knows his stuff.

No one cares
the 63cm centurion is the one that would fit you. Not the other one. it's also a decent bike for a decent price. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend it to a friend. I might be slightly biased because I like bar end shifters though.

The Peugeot is too small, too much, and too French. Get the Centurion.

^+1 to the Centurion, even if both fit you, IMHO. (Btw, the shifters on the Centurion are easily worth ~$50 alone.)

Get the Centurion. The stem may be a bit long on the Centurion (looks like 120mm at the least), but it's a sweet bike. Bar-end shifters + Rear rack + really good condition factory paint make it the clear winner. As an added bonus, it will probably fit you - which you will enjoy.
