What would you do?

I have this Schwinn Circuit I purchased a while back and it has a complete 105 group on it. Came with the Sante group originally. Well I just found another Circuit with the complete Sante group on it, but the paint is not near as nice as this one. I am thinking about swapping the 105 and Sante group between bikes. Do you think this is a smart idea since the one with the Sante is all original?

Go for the swap. Then sell off the other bike.

Swap, if you prefer the Sante. I had the same Circuit as yours, and it came with Sante.

We need pics of the other Circuit. But I don't see a problem swapping and combining the best of both.
Part out the 105 and sell for higher return.
Hmmm, Circuit looks my size.

I agree with WNG. Get the best bike you can out of the parts you have (or can get), and then sell off the 105 group. There's nothing wrong with a 105 group, but you will be able to pay for your habit.

I like the bike with the 105 as the painted Sante stuff doesn't do it for me. Plus is the Sante stuff in the same condition as the rest of the bike? Looks a bit rough. Only thing I would change would be to toss on some better looking chainrings and ditch the biopace. It makes it look bulky. I think the first Circuit pictured looks really nice and super condition. It's just your personal taste.

Sante is positioned between 600 and Dura Ace. Very high quality but the look is decidedly 80s Miami Vice.

Looks like the consensus is to swap it, so this is what I am going to do this weekend. Thanks for the replies.
