1980's My Bodyguard starts off with Chris Makepeace (aka Rudy the Wabbit) riding through Chicago.

His bodyguard turned out to be a real Animal Mother.

Hayley Westerna is a classical/pop soprano singer from New Zealand. Back 15 years ago she belonged to the Celtic Woman group made popular on PBS. About that same time she was a UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador and gave a bunch of bicycles to girls in Ghana so they could get to school.

The bike in the picture where she is relaxing in a park looks like a fixie with the seat and handlebars in a fairly aggressive position.

In s3e9, The Guy takes his stressed out pal from high school on a NYC bike ride.

Brian: Feels like 100 miles an hour.
The Guy: It's one of the best ******* feelings. It's really one of the best feelings.
B: This is really nice, man.
TG: Yeah.

Whatever it is, I'm sure it's highly engineered.

I had an invisible bike once. I carelessly parked it somewhere safe and now I can't find it.

Pictures from post on this thread. Great photo of RW.

Attachment 296120 Attachment 296121

This took me back. I went to work for a month in Jamaica around 1986 when he was filming Club Paradise. I was in my alternative/Punky spiked hair stage of life, dressed all in black with buckle boots and chains (sigh the fashion sense of youth, now it has to be comfy!) and on a day of I saw a crowd and my friend and myself walked towards it wondering what was going. The crowed parted and the security guard opened the gates and let us in to the ……….filmset!

Took a few moments to realise what had happened, then started to walk around the set and who pops out but…bloody hell Mork! He was very nice to talk with……but it doesn’t end there. We told him we were going to a bar that night and he would be welcome to join us, never thinking he would. He did, he was great company for a couple of hours and a non stop ball of energy. Robin, you are sadly missed.

A bit hard to recognize but this is drumming/multi percussionionist superstar Martin Grubinger, as it turns out an avid bike rider as well. Fotos is a screenie from an older documentary on YouTube.

I love that scene “Ride with aplomb”. Best series ever made. Every series I watch is judged by Deadwoods standard.

it's not likely to be a PX-10. The headtube lugs would probably lead to a U-08 variant. I would also think that bike is too big for Jill Munroe.

Great photo, nevertheless.
