$60 swap meet come up, Need help with TT bars

I went to the swap meet with $100 and only ended up spending $60 because my hands were too full. I need some info on these vintage TT bars i got, they had italian stripes on each side, no markings, they look nice. In my opinion i scored today.

Mangusta (Mongoose) 57cm Aluminum road bike frame with dent, came with Sake SX cranks,BB,Shimano 600 RD,Sakae seatpost for $15
Italian vintage TT bars $5
Alesa 116 alloy rim with ACS hub and Schwinn french model freewheel $5
Taiwan rim with No name hub and clean Shimano freewheel $5
Front Rigida Super-chromix with 333 hub $5
Shimano SIS downtube shifters,Shimano 50 FD,Suntour cyclone FD,Simplex RD,SR stem, and headset for $25

yeeeee!

They look like Nitto TT bars, or possibly Scott? The drilled holes would kill it for me. I'd be afraid to ride them. Bummer.,,,,BD

I'm thinking they look like Scott bars circa 1989. I think the "Italian" stripes are from a dubious handlebar tape job.

Wow, didnt realize they were drilled out by some idiot. Does scott make good bars? And the italian stripes are some kind of stickers.

Yes. Those stickers came included with lots of different bar tape brands and still do.

The drill holes are for aero cable routing.

I would ride them
