On the Croce d'aune brakes, the springs are external. On the Record, the springs are on the inside.
With the Record Delta brakes you will be much faster because they are more aerodynamic.

lol... I like this.

Croce d'aune has cool RD, C record has the sub zero crank.

As far as value goes, is there any difference? Are c record usually worth more? Are they usually the same price on eBay and whatnot? Any other differences I should know ?

And are they on the same level of in the campy tiers

C-Record was the top line group and Croce d'Aune was just below it. Consequently, C-Record commands the highest prices. Most cyclists prefer C-Record because of it's status and slightly better cosmetics, particularly the crankset. In terms of functionality, I'd give Croce D'Aune the edge, on the basis of the superior performing rear derailleur. Back in the very late 1980s a lot of cyclists rode C-record bicycles with a Croce d'Aune rear derailleur.
