I still want to see a video of you bombing around the bike polo field, that wild stock of dark hair emerging from under the helmet, and the grin of pure joy ablaze across your face.

The frame took at least four side impacts, and one head-on crash (a perfect intersection of two bikes at low speed - not much happened, though the brake lever wound up crunching the other fellow's knuckles), yet, all I have to show for it are a few tire marks from other riders.

Also played 3/4 of one round with the bars off-kilter by 20 degrees after a tumble - funny thing; it seemed to ride better that way :roflmao:

Nice polo bike, it will get that unique polo-patina sooner or later (bent fork/rear triangle, loss of paint and blood stains) but road bikes seem to have great geometry for polo.

Just a thing or two: Why no flat bars? these drops look pretty dangerous (and useless for polo). Did you try a front brake only setup? I feel i have lots more control over the bike... plus you can do nice endo spins :D

Problem is, I have most of Park's frame straightening tools - even if it does get bent, it won't be for long ;)

Looks. The long stem and top of the drops are about the same as a flat riser, and it still looks like a roadbike when all is said and done. I also don't have to worry about going stomach-first into the end of a riser.

It has a rear brake for exuberant skid-stops. No front; I'd probably endo it.

You don't want to see the other photos that caught me grimacing ;)
