You gonna tour on it? Phil's may be able to help you out, with a new axle in 126, for a fee.. You can probably make the rear wheel close to dishless if you go this route, which might be nice for touring durability.

Buy a new axle. A new shimano hollow axle was 12€ in LBS. I bought 3 2mm thick stainless steel washers to increase the OLD from 120mm to 126mm.

The OP had a Phil Wood hub, which does not use the regular hollow 10mm axles like the Shimano hubs, and cannot easily be altered to change to a different drop-out spacing..
