The frame has nearly all the shiny content, and the "blingy" components are all black, of all things (carbon fiber and Dura-Ace). It's a total sled.

More Pinarello bling. Chrome fork, chainstays and seatstays. Polished alloy rims. The red paint and tires aren't the most subtle either. Campagnolo Chorus with carbon fiber levers and derailleur bits.

Thanks, @Kilroy1988. Since taking those photos above, I installed an Omas Ti BB and built a new set of lightweight wheels with Hi-E hubs and Super Champion Record du Monde rims. As it sits now, it's about 17.7 lbs iirc. Ultimately I'd love to find a reasonably priced CLB Pro brakeset and weight weenie freewheel then I'll consider it done.

I bet lol They're cute little bikes and Schwinn used some great pinks over the years. We've had one on our CL for awhile, assuming it's still there, and it always catches my eye.
