@afilado « Soudures et Mesures Garanties » is probably not the actual brand name
it means "Weldings and Measurements Garanteed"...

I folded two of the three bikes I owned from the first list, so it can't be that rare. I still have the old Casati.

Remy another obscure Dutch brand, these are old pictures of mine which sits unassembled in my 'bike room'
The decals are quite tacky looking for a very nice reynolds 531 frame.

Dick Power's apprentice and successor.
Corky

Yes I know the cables need trimming and the better photos need to be taken. It's been in a box for three years now. When will it come out again, I do not know.

Is anyone familiar with the badge Atlantica?
Saw two or three of these entry level Italian bikes in the wild some years ago. Tried the forum's search function without result. IIRC there was a U.S. importer for them located in Carpenteria, California about 1970. Perhaps a contract build and a possible house brand.
Ah, just found a single mention at another forum; not of much help alas:

Have now found the California importer for Atlantica bicycles. It was a distributor called I. Martin Imports. They were located at 8330 Beverly Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90048. The company seems to have handled them from the mid-1960's through the mid-1970's. Only a base model is shown in their list; roughly parallel to a Peugeot A08 or Raleigh Record. It is called 217 and was offered in both a gents and a ladies version. Made in Italy.
I. Martin was also a rep for Lygie and Chiorda cycles.

Not riding enough
I just helped a mate buy this from a site in France. Still trying to research who Alain Redolfi was, but so far very few details. Raced in the 70s and another Redolfi (Atillio), possibly father, raced quite successfully in the 50s and 60s. This one was made in 1979/80 in a suburb of Paris. Probably. There's another thread about it elsewhere.

My two obscure bikes, a Redcay (late 70s-early 80s framebuilder in NJ, went on to build Ross Signature frames), and a Conti (this is a gaspipe model I think, from Mario Conti of Firenze):
