Can you tell me anything about these two C&V trikes?

My sister, who is an artist, landlord, and sometimes collector of oddities, came up with these two trikes recently. Can you tell me anything about them?

Thanks

Everyone here seems to talk about adult bikes, so you may not get any useful feedback from us. But who knows, maybe someone knows something.
