What ya think of this combination
I'm thinking about building up this NOS 88 panasonic with the NOS dura ace EX stuff. Is that a good combo. My thought is it would look cool but a bicycle in that era would have index shifting. Dont know what else to do with the old dura ace.

If you want it to be period correct, why not offer up the group in the "for trade" forum? You're bound to find someone willing to trade a later Dura-ace or 600 group that would be a better choice. For what it's worth, that group doesn't really suit this frame IMHO. I'd look for at least a 600 tricolor group.

i hear ya Chris...but that frame with old 600 stuff does nothing for me. Im thinking about just selling the frame. Maybe I could trade it for an italian frame or an old Trek 720 touring frame. Oh what to do.
