At first glance I did not see a serial number on the BB? The only numbers on it are on the seat post.

There are a few small chips and up close you can see a small amount of wear. I really don't think it is a repaint, but I'm not really keen to that sort of thing on a bike.

Hi
I had one of those when i was a kid ,14 years old ,bought with my own money.Long gone but holy god i wish i could afford another one.
I put thousands of mile on it , tyres where a killer to afford, at one stage i had about twenty unrepairables and they where 13Irish pounds each when i was earning 2pounds an hour. The fd cable broke or wore and i rode it for months reaching down and changing with my hand , i got really good at it.
With the tubulars they handled so good through the turns + that smell in the rain.
Oh i wish i was in my teens again

Thanks for decal info. I can't reply to your PM as I have less than 50 posts!

Do you know the difference between a CDM and Tipo Corsa? I thought it was the dropouts and equipment spec yet now I am confused

The bike is at the shop getting road ready. When I get it back I'll look at it closer, ride it and post about it. I did pick up a wonderful set of campy record hubs laced to assos rims with aero spokes to use on it. The man I bought it from said it is a 58cm. I did not measure it, but it certainly felt right sitting on it.
