Does anyone make long reach cantilevers to convert 26" to 700?

I have just finished a Ti Frankenbike Gravel Grinder that may interest some of you. I will post photos tomorrow. I am now thinking of the next iteration.

maybe the paul v-brakes or the new VO cantis.

sinz also makes an adapter.

Oh, now THAT'S handy thing to know. I've been thinking about converting my Schwinn Impact to 650A.
