Thank you, thank you. So, link to the rules or how it works specifically? I get the gist, just not the specifics.

^ Rules are all spelled out in post #1

The member ahead of you in line will contact you via PM at some time in the future to get your address to send the box. Once you receive the box, report receipt on the thread (so we can keep track), photgraph opened box "as found", take pics of what you take out (and then post the pics to this thread), then contact the next person on the list by PM to get their mailing address for you to send the box onwards.

Basically it's a $15.85 "entry fee" as that's the size Priority Flat Rate box we've been using.

But again, for all the details, see post one of this thread.

Okay, just checking that I understood everything correctly! Thanks for the explanation, much appreciated. Can't wait until the box comes this way!

The BOC will be on the move again tomorrow. In the meantime, here's what I'm keeping. A lot of good stuff still in there, and I'm going to do some clever arranging of the contents to fit as much fresh stuff as possible.

Brown rolls for my SS/beater
Threadless adapter so I can run a threadless stem on my SS and switch bars more easily.
Triomphe shifters, going on my next build.
Much needed set of pedals/clips so I can stop switching pedals from bike to bike!
Flick-stand - excited to try it out.
Red bottle cage to match the rainbow stripes on a Peugeot P8 I just bought

The BOC got picked up by the postman yesterday, and is on its way to Junk083. I even used my BOC-saddle in the process!

^ Is it just me, or does everyone else want to get a good look at that rack system?

How did you set that up?

It's a cetma 3-rail. Not the prettiest but it gets the job done. I just use a ratcheting strap when I need to move boxes. The BOC was the heaviest thing I've carried so far (though I forgot to weigh it), and steering was a little sketchy. Not too bad, I just went slower that normal.

^ Very cool - and looks very stout, too. I'm not surprised it carried the BOC (some people have reported BOC weights up around 20lbs).

Oh, and thanks for the shipping update

27.5 when I shipped it, IIRC.

Is it still using the box that's 100% covered with tape for extra strength?

I put it in a brand new box but also covered it in tape.

The tracking info shows the box was delivered to Junk083 in Iowa today. We should be hearing from him shortly, I hope!
