My English mystery track frame

Semi mysterious frame set, tubing unknown repainted. You can just make out a name through the paint "J Mon_er" I picked thsi up today from it's original owner at the Dublin swap meet. The owner could not remember the builder's name, but raced it all over Europe. I think the shop name might have been Hunt?
Dropouts are Campagnolo, wrap around seat stays and flat crown fork.

Neither ties in with the name Hunt, but two suggestion's for builders that used wrap over seat stays, Brian Rourke and Henry Burton, both based in Staffordshire, England.
Is there a serial number?.

I thought it looked more Henry Burton than Rourkie.
Henry Burton's shop is still going, it now run by his son John. If you google the shop, you should get a e-mail contact address, e-mail John the pictures and serial number, he maybe able to provide more information, but i know that the old serial number book has gone.
I own a Henry Burton time trial bike, built in 1969, and i think it's a lovely bike.

Mike...
