Is this a waterford paramount?

Hi Everyone, Is this Paramount made in japan, or waterford?? anyone ridden one? I am thinking about replacing my vintage paramount for this?

Yes, it is a Waterford.

If you buy it, you can send me the vintage Paramount for proper disposal.

Price seems a bit steep for low end 8s Campy Mirage...

Why not just upgrade your vintage Paramount with new components if that's what you're craving?

my frame is to small
it is listed on CL too for 700.00
