identification skills needed!!

Hello everybody,

I have these 2 bikes sitting in my garage for a while now.
Unfortunately I have no idea what brand these bikes are. I would appreciate if
people from the forum could help me with identifying them.

Also I would like to know if they are worth it to restore them.

Looks to me to be an Italian junior racer of not bad quality. Some good parts there.

Wow, others look nice too. I imagine some of those stickers are not original.

I think you hit a gold vein...

The ferrari stickers are from the shop since the name of the shop`s owner is, or was Ferrari
