I need id help with this campy equipped bike.
Maybe its a labonne? Its the closest name to fit the headbadge i have found so far. I know my pictures arent great. I will get better soon. I bought this bike without knowing what it was. The front derailieur , shifters, and clamps are campagnola. The rear deraileur is suntour, i believe its not original. The lugs on the hedtube were chrome. It has normady hubs ad weinmann rims. The blue and white are original or a very good old repaint. There is no visible serial number. The headtube had a sticker that had the letters abonn towards the middle. I cant make out beggining or end of word. Thank you for any and all help.

Any number of Italian companies used these lugs over time, so hard to tell.

looks early 60,s Italian,
I have seen that seat post lug before and the seatclamp with many circles like an Audi logo.
Randy-where are you?

I own it. I found it in a bad picture in a craigslist ad. I bought and took pictures last night in my storage house. I will get better pics after camera batteries charge up. i got it for a great deal. it looked to good to pass up even though its a smaller frame.

Maybe someone will recognize the badge. As repechage says, the rest of the frame details are utterly undistinctive.

Wasn't there a bike boom brand called labonne?

I don't know anything about the brand, but it looks like you've got some work cut out for you. Before investing a lot of $, I would make sure that seatpost is not seized, as well as the stem. Also it may just be your pic, but it looks as though there is a crimp in the lower head lug, causing the down tube to be pushed closer to the headset than it should be, maybe it's just my eyes, but it looks like someone hit a curb head on with it. Anyway, I will be interested to see how this one turns out. Anything's possible!

I am beginning to believe that there were a lot more generic frames than I used to think there were, and this looks to be one of them.
I have run across several bicycles, including Chiorda, Torpado, Maino and Stucchi that are very similar. I picked up an old Legnano with an identical crank set one day.

The point is, determining exactly what the bicycle is will be difficult. It does look as if some of the art is still visible on the head tube. Show us better pictures of that art, please. That might be a bit of help...
