Which version of Superbe? Non-aero? Aero? Very early non-aero (re-badged Dia Compe)?

It depends....

Dai Compe are the only choice really, the genuine non aero Superbe hoods i've seen have been on flebay for ages for $100. I use dia compe hoods they are fine.

Non aero. Die compe hoods don't seem to fit. Looks like a campy style hood would though?

The Dia Compe 204 hoods are a good fit.

Don't modify the ones meant for Weinmann style levers.
