Did Miele ever make track bikes?

There's a "Miele" with rear facing dropouts available on my local CL. The only decals are on the headtube and chainstay. I was unaware Miele ever made a track frame.

Anyone know anything about this?

As best as I know, Jim Miele never produced anything. He had bikes produced by various third party builders and it would not at all be far-fetched that he also had a few track bikes produced.
