1989 RB-1 missing headset spacer
I lost it, no idea where it is. 
I'm unsure what I can use in its place, but I did like the added height. Will any spacer work? Stupid parts bin manager...

Keyed means there is a slot in the steerer that corresponds to a tab on the spacer... it is not essential for a spacer to have the tab.
The keyway really serves to keep things like brake hangars aligned.

The one in the photo looks to be about 20mm. If you send me an email (see signature) I'll drop a couple 10mm spacers in the mail to you on Monday.

Thanks CJL, email to follow. I've not used spacers inside the headset before, the ones on my other bike are above it. Installation is otherwise the same?
