What is the optimum distance of the location of the brazed-on hanger tab, from the center of the bottom bracket?

This is concerning a classic, vintage road frame.

I don't know what the measurement should be, but you should clarify if you're referring to the front derailleur hanger. If so, you might try asking in the frame builder subforum.
