The most easy going guy with whom you could hope to do a long-distance tour.

We met before the opening of a VO garage sale, and spent as much time chatting as shopping when it did open.

And at the Cirque, he was the easiest of people to hang with, not to mention he was constantly offering to share his not-so-secret supply of beer!

This is a man you'd consider yourself lucky to call a friend.

He must think us clergy types don't enjoy God's sense of humor (beer). We will need to straighten out his IGH rump a month from now on L.I.

The next time he arrives in northern New England I'll need to show him why an IGH is no help here in the mountains.

Translation - the good Pastor will make him pray for a sensible derailleur and triple front.

I believe he will be riding a 9 speed, but I will be riding a three speed.

Bob, we will pass a sign you will enjoy, that says "Church parking only. Violators will be baptized."

Hey, I had to balance out all the kind words.

Meanwhile, I'm lovin' the lovefest.

Photogravity gets 7 thumbs up for facilitating a wheelset. He's fun to ride and chat with, and he's a lover of some of the weirdest bikes with two wheels.

Honestly, the first thing that popped in my head when the grand Emir Sallad picked up that insanely awesome Norman was that scene from Laurence of Arabia "Now I have my prize!". God I love that movie.

RHM is the Peter O'Toole of the biking world. Fair haired, fair skinned, and rides an IGH while coolly saying "The trick is not to mind the hurt". Killer expert in things that have to do with deserts too.
