I can't believe I bought a gas pipe bike... Suburban
I was doing my normal rounds at my local thrift shop and I saw this bike. The price was a no-brainer and the condition is almost excellent.
I had a similar bike in college but it was a single speed with a coaster brake and had a basket. Took that bike everywhere on campus, down steps, etc... We called it the ET bike.
Anyway, my latest addition:

Looks like a nice one, and I like the color. I had a coppertone suburban once, it had a nice, smooth, Cadillac type ride to it.

Looks to be original and in good shape while very common it is rare to find one with original with fenders and chain guard in good shape. Looks like a great thrift shop find. The really nice vintage rack is likely worth almost as much as you paid for the bike.
