If you look closely, you will see that Schwinn needed to file off the inside rear points on the Nervex head lugs to make the 19" frame.

As rhm pointed out to me, those lugs can look a bit "off" unless they're on a 21" or so size frame. They look oversized on the wee frame above and a bit undersized on yours. My Raleigh Super Course, 21", looks just right, even in rhm's picky opinion. ;)

Interesting, the TT length is the same as my 21.5" '74 P13-9. They did not go in for proportional sizing then, did they?
