Looks pretty awesome, but jeez I cannot get another frame right now even though it's nearby. But what the heck is it? Anyone have any ideas?

not so sure...that forkcrown (combined with Simplex DOs) doesn't ring the Moto bell with me. Surely seems like a high-end FR frame...possibly chrome-plated after-market. Need to see more detail pix.

Nervex Professional lugs and nice chrome. What is the O.D. of the top tube, 25.4 or 26.0? Are the down tube and seat tube O.D. 28.0 or 28.6mm? BB threading?

It's a high end frame, for sure.
