Free 60's Steyr Clubman

A little while ago we thought my early 60's Puch bergmeister was a Steyr clubman, but now i actually have a clubman. One of my good friends came across this bike in the alley the other day and decided to give it to me. The tires are melted and there was a few black widows on the chainrings. I was just wondering if these bikes were any good. I will most likely make it a single speed.

Frame - 60's steyr clubman
cranks - solida cottered
rims - Rigida chrolux chromage superieur w/ Huret luxe hubs
bars/stem - Atax
derailleurs - plastic simplex and Huret alvit
Saddle - Ideale leather saddle

If you do a search you'll find some discussion of these. I guess you could say that in their day they were pretty awesome bikes, but they pale in comparison to bikes in the same category made a decade later, so even by C&V standards they are pretty ho-hum.
