She's pretty crusty, but will clean up well. I have another project in front of it in the queue (bike for my wife), but will post photos when she's had some love.

Looks like it just needs a spit and a polish.

Great looking bike Bob. Never seen one in rose before.

whatwolf 07-05-12 03:41 PM

Wow, that's beautiful, even crusty.

Drillium Dude 07-05-12 03:49 PM

Gorgeous color - I may change my mind and do the Colnago in that color!

Crusty is good. You get the fun of cleaning her up and getting her presentable; it always seems to me you get to know a frame intimately when you do a really deep cleaning.

I hope you post more pics as she's definitely worthy of a close look :)

Oh baby. What a nice bike. MORE PICS, please.

iab 07-05-12 04:00 PM

Nice!

Gonna be difficult to stop. And go for that matter.

SanRemo 07-05-12 04:05 PM

Sexy color!!!

bibliobob 07-05-12 04:28 PM

Thanks all! The color is indeed breathtaking, and is my new favorite. Unfortunately, she's on the small side for me. But, I'll still be able to take her for short spins and she's pretty enough to merit a bit of wall hanger status. And, someday, I hope to run into somebody who has a 60s/70s SC or B that is too big for them, and who is willing to trade. I just couldn't pass her up....

I LOVE the Colnago Dusty Rose. That, and the green, yellow, and purple are my favorite :)

Brakes are for suckers. And, she looks pretty fast just sitting there against the tree.

satbuilder 07-05-12 05:22 PM

Looks a lot nicer than I thought it would. Great find!

Picchio Special 07-05-12 05:44 PM

I think that's a great Cinelli color - had a buddy who owned a flawless one in that same hue.

Force 07-05-12 05:44 PM

I love this - congrats!

You wouldn't perchance mean these two:

Yours definitely inspired me a bit. They're beauties...

That'll keep you out of trouble.

Nice pick up, really a beauty.

Beautiful! This is my favorite color for a Cinelli, and I have heard it's Cino Cinelli's too.

northbend 07-05-12 06:58 PM

I love that color! Seems very fitting for an italian race bike...

gioscinelli 07-05-12 07:21 PM

Gorgeous Cinelli's. The War of the Roses!

Pink (Rose) is macho during the Medieval days of Knights! Really beautiful bike, complements your collection of Cinelli's!

KonAaron Snake 07-05-12 08:21 PM

WOW is that beautiful! I love every aspect, especially the color. Pink stands out...it's beautiful. The kind of folks who will judge you for riding it are the kinds you aren't going to want to know anyway, so I see nothing but awesome.

vjp 07-06-12 03:05 PM

Yes!

I do love Cinelli & Colnago in this colour.

Picchio Special 07-06-12 03:58 PM

You've still got those I hope? Believe it or not, I was thinking of a different bike owned and sold by a CR lister. I had forgotten yours were that color. That's way I wrote "had" a buddy instead of "have" a buddy.
Also have a buddy who sold me a great-riding yellow Grandis.

rootboy 07-06-12 05:01 PM

HOLY ****ski.

I saw the pics of that Grandis, but the one I saw wasn't yellow.. It's beautiful. Of course, to keep this on topic, so's the Cinelli.
