Colnago Tecnos Project
 

Hi

For the past 5 months Ive been working on building up a Colnago Tecnos from scratch using parts from various sources, mainly NOS and mainly eBay. I referred many times to this forum for guidance and now the project is completed I wanted to give something back to the community.

When I started this I anticipated the hardest part would be cutting the Precisa fork and installing a new headset but it turned out I struggled much more to get the Syncro II system working!

The groupset is C-Record where possible except for the seatpost (Chorus) and rear mech (Chorus A/B). All in all it worked out very well with the secret being research and patience. If anyone is undertaking something similar please feel free to ask any questions you might have

No, they are not my motorcycles. I live in Japan and a friend of mine races at Tsukuba at the weekend. They are pictures of all the bikes that participate.
