My wife has a Sirrus that looks just like that bike. I believe it is a 1989. I picked it up for $55 about 3 weeks ago. I was going to flip it for around $250 until she decided she wanted it. I think the one you are looking at is a bit over priced.

Doesn't look like a 57 center-to-center as the seller says. And looking at the retrobike page IthaDan gave, there is no 57 size listed (although I'm pretty sure Specialized measured frames center-to-top so I 'spose it could be a 58). But to me it looks like 56 center-to-top.

'89 7-speed 105 cassette is probably Uniglide, not HyperGlide, and Uniglide replacement cassettes are scare and could be big $$ when the time comes to replace it.

Price seems a bit high to me.

Keep your eyes open for a Centurion Ironman or Miele. You should be able to pick one of them up for $300 and they are both nice bikes.
