What do we have here?

Hey all, I've just negotiated to buy this:

It's got some nice parts (simplex, gnutti, ambrosio, etc) but I've no idea who built it.

It's got a B brazed on to the head tube and simplex dropouts, thats about the only clues.

Yeah I jumped on it as soon as Steve put it up for sale.

have you seen this thread? and a second one
might be worth PMing Warren (BicyclePassion) on the second one as he asked if anyone had a frame with a brazed on B.
Warren would most likely be able to identify the period from the lugs etc.
