Ever notice how CL pics show the non-drive side of bikes(classics; there, good to go for this forum) way more often than the drive side? Even when multiple photos are posted sometimes only the nd side is shown. Seems like it should be 50/50 but no, nd sides dominate. Whats up with this phenomenon, some type of magnetic pull to the CL pole???

It's because people generally dismount on the left (non-drive) side of a bike. Even walking a bike, we generally walk on the left side of it. Anyone not concerned with showing components would inevitably dismount or walk from the left side and lean it against whatever they intend to support for the picture. Hence the non-drive side pictures.
