Bullhorns are the proper bar for that bike.

anyway, it is a tack pursuit/TT bike so it doesnt need to be comfortable for very long. It sure would be fun to ride one!

^ +1 I'd ride that! Seriously cool, I really like the Cinellis with two stems, one on top of each fork blade. I do wonder how the fork is retained - must be an upper headset race inside the head tube?

I saw a oddball Raleigh with that fork & "stem" arrangement a few weeks ago, very weird!
