For those prices, neither. I think black one micht be slightly nicer but they seem to be two totally different sizes. The grey one looks to be around 58cm but the black looks more like 54cm, maybe 56. Chances are if one fits you, the other one wont. Size not considered, though, I'd go with the black one.

High for most markets, but not in NYC. I like the black one better.
Would I personally buy either One? No. That era WS is pretty basic. I look all the time and am confident I could find something better. But if you just want a basic vintage bike, go for it.

i pulled a 58cm out of the garbage, rides great, i would never pay that much...150 tops in any market

just an FYI, the gray one is on ebay right now with a BIN of $200. Also has additional pictures and info if you're interested.
The price of either bike seems a little "seller-friendly" to me, but people around here evidently have no trouble selling world sports for >$150 (they keep disappearing on CL), so if you decided to sell it I'd venture to say you'd make at least most of your money back.
