cross top brakes for bullhorn handlebars

I am looking into purchasing new handlebars for my 80's cannondale tourer. I prefer the look and feel of bullhorn bars, and have found a pair to fit my 25.4mm stem. But, i would also prefer cross top brake levers.
So far i've looked into these...https://www.canecreek.com/component-o...=road-crosstop but i'm concerned that the clamp diameter wont fit onto the handlebars.
Any thoughts??
