I am trying to find bike caps in classic designs, but can only find eBay stores.
Do you know andy other good online stores?

Doing a Google search Nashbar, Amazon (I used them for one recently) and Bikcyclinghub come up for vintage caps. Try entering "vintage cycling caps" into a search so you can have the links.
