I didn't ask if they were for sale as I saw them after talking with the guy. The one I saw was part of a wheel on display on a C+V Hozan truing stand that was priced at $799
w/accessories.

Not today but yesterday but which should have been a week ago. A lovely set of Cobalto brakes from qcpmsame, intended fro the Tommasini. The tracking number reported them as "Delayed". Our gummint's postal service played a little game of hot potato, shipped them from Florida (by whatever route) to my local post office in Waltham, MA, then back south to Mobile, Alabama, then to Connecticut (which I suppose is a normal distribution center), then back to Waltham, then to me. Let me tell you, those brakes have seen some miles!

One of my Christmas presents to myself......

It's going on my 1984 Tour de France Gitane that I am continuing to modify towards its final form.....
Never knew that there were any pantographed components for 80's Gitanes, but there it was (in the perfect 115mm length I need!), and I just could not resist!
It came all the way from Austria. One thing I noticed through the years is, German, Austrian and Dutch sellers seem to always have lots of hard to find, good stuff in great condition to sell.

I got this little gem in today.
Still got work to do on it but here's one quick shot of it mostly back together.

Received a pair of Campagnolo skewers today for my Lemond Zurich build. I have all of the components now, just waiting on the frame paint touch-up and clearcoat - then the real fun begins.

Old style cycling shoes seemed a need after my 15 y.o. indoor soccer shoes finally bit the dust.

A new Brooks B67 in brown! On sale and free delivery, how could I resist? Lots of bikes to put it on but I have not made a decision yet. I have a honey B67 on my Robin Hood and really like it.

I got this pump in November. It's tiny. It seems to work. It fits in my saddle-mounted tool bag.

Kind of a funky seatpost so I can finally try and get my Ideale 80 saddle on my Super Le Tour 12.2.
It is really quite difficult to find something with a decent amount of offset and 26.8mm diameter.
This one has 30mm offset:

New Sapim Race spokes from Dans Comp for an upcoming wheel build. I don't know how they make money at the prices they charge, but I'll be going back.
