Not so much arriving as departing. My Masi frame is enroute to Chicago for touchup work on the paint. I'm planning to bring this bike to Coppi in September, and it will likely get the nod as the rider as well. it will receive a 3x10 Chorus drivetrain, Mavic GR4 rims with tubs.

Bought the Swift Elwha/Tenkara package. Should team with the Revelates just fine on the Della Santa or the Black Mountain.

Would also team nicely with my vintage Kvale tourer that's on the front burner.
Ooh, that's tempting! First I heard of that package.
Bike and Hike is already my favorite way to fish many of the East Side Sierra trout streams... and I've wanted to try Tenkara for a while now.

Nothing like some deliveries to cure the Monday blues.

Some fantastic Cannondale touring shoes from @The Golden Boy. Thanks again my friend, they fit beautifully.

Some apparently NOS GC610’s. My plan-b to the previously posted new GC610’s.

6207 rear for my trainer bike. They deserve matching groups too, right?!

@natterberry I think i was 5 minutes from buying that RD for my Torelli till someone snatched it up. Same scratches on the RD i was watching.

Wound up buying a 6207 long cage instead.

I bought my FIL a Tenkara outfit for Christmas after I bought one two years ago.

He loves it. So simple.

FWIW Great pack rod for local streams along the north shore of Lake Superior.

I have a 12 ft and it's a "flexi" blast to use.

God help me if ever get something big like a Steelhead.

It will be a repeat of "River Runs Through it."

These were waiting for me on my porch, CLB Duralinox brake cables, purchased for the lightweight outer housing, the zinc plated steel inner wires are getting trashed and replaced with Jagwire die drawn 1.5 mm Slick Stainless wire. With the die drawn wire and my favorite dry film lube (WS2 tungsten disulfide) I'm hoping the setup will work fairly well.
You can see in the photo the zinc plating acted like an anode and turned black over the 40 years of storage, that seems to have protected the aluminum housing as it is perfect and fresh as a daisy.

@Chombi1

Is that the proper method of strap install or you putting a little twist on it? ( pun intended)

Old racer trick,....Putting a twist on the strap as it goes through the pedal body, keeps the buckle in the exact right place when you pull at the strap ends to tighten the straps. Otherwise the buckle will tend to jamb against the toe clip eyes when you pull up on the strap ends, preventing you from adequately tightening the straps. Suntour solved the problem on some of their 80's pedals by providing a grub screw at the pedal strap slots that grips the straps and prevents them from moving around on the pedals.
