I received 2 Grand Boise 700 x 30 extra legera tires from Blue Lug in Japan. They were posted to a family address in Japan then brought to New Zealand in hand luggage to avoid high freight costs.
. Was a great service and I'm very happy. Yet to be mounted but they will replace an existing pair on the Woodrup that have lasted very well.
. Anyone know how these compare to the Rene Herse tires? Back in the day they used to sell these as being super supple road tires. Not sure how they compare to the current generation of Rene Herse tires.

Two more bits for my Vitus 979 build: a pair of NOS Modolo 919 brake hoods, and a Rubis 983 seat post.

3 orphans. I actually have a couple 40t chainrings for these, so I just have to find the matching 171mm left arm/arms.

Not in the post, but in the back of Andrew's car: wheels, brifters and crankset for frame #1:

A butchered Brooks B17 on an SR Custom and an Idéale 76 on a Titan:

The saddles cleaned up nicely, and with a dab of Proofide both are good to go:

Apart from a few scratches the SR is in nice shape. And 27.2mm to boot.

The last major part came in today for my Vitus build. Unfortunately, the recessed nuts are missing. They’re a bit rougher than I expected, but they’ll clean up well.

Nice. I'm sure any number of us can fix you up with some recessed nuts.

The Grand Bois tires I mentioned earlier.
. They are from Grand Boise in Japan, worth checking their website if you love C&V bikes and components

New cages for Esmeralda. Aside from a short stint with a purple Ringle’, I’ve never used a wrap around like these I hope I like them. They cam with a mount that can be used on the handlebar, seatpost or on of the frame tubes.

These clamps seem pretty sturdy if perhaps a bit tall.

A little local flavor you won’t usually get from the Amazon.

A secret package from Poland.

A pair of my favorite handlebar plugs: NOS Velox.
I spend some time in the drops and these are most comfy.
btw, Pink Jersey has a few more for 15 bucks a pair.

2001 Biemme TDF Bianchi jersey. I already had the 2002 version. Some logo differences and fit is slightly smaller even though both are XL(5). It'll fit when I start riding again this month.

2nd Bianchi jersey

Just drove over to the Saudi post office in our neighborhood and picked up these:

I'm only going to be using one of those brake arms, though; I've got a brand NIB, NOS set - complete with two brake levers, pads (which I won't be using as of yet; see earlier post as to why) and new cables - with a manufacturing defect that I got fully refunded for, so I'm going to replace the defective arm with a good one from this set.

JulesCW was offering these beautiful Campanutella brakes and rear derailleur and I just could not resist. Great parts, fabulous price and super fast shipping.

The question now is what I'm going to do with them......
