what bag for 1990s road bike. Fred or OCD

hey every one,

I hope all is well, my 1990 (1989??) falcon road bike is back together it came out great and AHHHH the 531 frame and fork is sweet.

bike is Blue with all white decals, white brake hoods, white cable housing, White San Marco Rolls saddle. looks great even with a bit of patina.

Ill be using this bike for group rides (short distance less than 50) quick fun rides...
it is an old road bike and not a touring frame so no place for rack.

A) install a carradice barley bag plenty of room for wallet, keys, phone ... Lots of tools/parts (I swap this between all my bikes with a quick release. not the best look for a road bike but Practical.

b) larger Seat wedge Ill just have to carry less stuff or put things in pockets, but clean look.

many thanks
