I'd like to be able to source the frame bag and rack......I have a couple of older MTB's that would love this look

The frame bag and the seattube bag (It is actually the tool bag/part of the fender) can be made from leather (as it was in the 1905 version). Why not ask rootboy in from the custom saddlebag thread to make you one?

The rear frame rack is an interesting piece of construction. The seatstays are actually detachable, like the seatstays of a Raleigh DL-1 roadster, and the rear rack is welded to these detachable seatstays.

The front rack is attached to the frame on level with where canti posts *should be*(the actual canti posts are mounted on the back of the fork, these are mounted with Magura hydraulic rim brakes, since V-brakes didn't come out until after the MO93 entered service). The front rack itself is essentially a really beefy version of the front radonneur/passhunter rack Velo Orange sells.

This is apparently a civilian version that was sold, and you can see what was done at least for the front rack.
