HELP! I may need an Italian speaking facilitator.
I am going to buy Puchfinlands child sized OLMO soon and need 22" tubulars to go with it. He found and forwarded these:https://www.subito.it/biciclette/cerc...s-44111813.htm. I have replied to the add and included the same message using Google Translator as well. With any luck this will be sufficient to complete the sale. But just in case, I'm looking for someone who speaks Italian to give him a call and help me out here. Please PM me if you're able to help.
Thanks,
Andy

Sorry, I was under the impression that you had already found somebody. Send me whatever message you want to send to the people and I'll translate it for you. Otherwise get me a land-line phone number and I'll give them a call.

If this comes up in the future, Google Translate is your friend.
https://translate.google.com/
Sometimes, we play a game where we take something in English,
translate it to Tagalog, then Urdu, then Finnish, then back to English
and try to decipher the results........huge fun.

Sounds like a fun "game"! I tried Google Translator with my first e-mail to the seller. I didn't get a response. Not sur if it translated well or if he even checked his mail box. Hoping a call from someone speaking Italian can get the deal made. I've got a couple members here willing to help now. I'll keep you all posted...
Thanks,
Andy

for best results make short simple questions like this- it is a machine and get confused easily
most simple to the point sentances-
"hello from usa
I want to buy your bicycle wheels
how can I give your the money.
will you mail them?
I dont speak italian."
