Hello folks, after almost 2 years searching, I drove 150 miles ea. way to get a hold of this 3 speed. She's a beauty and rides really smooth. I already posted on the "for the love of the English 3 speed" since I've been following that thread looking for advice for quite some time. Anyway, here are some pics as of yesterday when I got home. I'll go out for a 3 speed ride right now.

Thank you everyone for the nice comments. Yes, I was out this morning pushing my 3 year old son along on a carrier and enjoying the DL-1. It was a nice ride, smooth and once again incredibly fast with those 28" wheels! I'm having a great time.

Congratulations! The DL-1 is my favorite upright ride. THere is a lot of information here in the C & V forum if you need to find out nearly anything about them.
