Sloar must be waiting for an inspection from his previous life (Semper Fi, buddy!) looking at his cave. The Battalion SMAJ will be along shortly for an RLP inspection and then Saturday morning field day before drill.

I have this mental picture and recording of him on the phone to Park Tool with catalog crumpled up on the floor, "Oh heck, just send me one of everything you guys make and make it fast"

Good thread idea PIF!!!!!

Bill

It has been suggested that the garage should have a place to park Mrs. Squirtdad's car....so i will have before and after pics after the weekend....or before and doghouse pics

I have a "Parking for General Officers Only" sign I should send you.
At the time, we just didn't think the golf course on LeJuene needed so many.

No doubt, you passed many a barracks inspection.
I did, too. I just kept an autographed picture of Chesty on the desk.

How come generals get private parking but privates have to use general parking? Some things are just mysteries.

You have possibly stumbled onto the reason for that particular defense appropriation. Class warfare.

No one ever had a chance to see the den of sin garage in Houston, I would never allow it, lol! The following pics are just the road bikes. There were also about 6-8 other bikes including mtb's and cruisers, and around 10 more not assembled. This was all in a 2 car garage. Lets just say if I wanted to get a bike out of the back, I would watch the weather reports with utmost attention,,,,BD
