Q: C.B.T Italia and Freschi

were C.B.T also a lug provider other than builder?
did they have affiliation with Freschi in Milano—or other Italian builders?

a frame with C.B.T Italia panto'd BB lug + Freschi DO's could mean a Freschi or C.B.T?

outta curiosity...
thanks in advance for your inputs.
