Kojima Eagle- advice?
 

Hi everyone!

I just purchased a Kojima Eagle (99% sure it's an Eagle) on eBay and, while it's a gorgeous bike...I'm not too sure about the paint job.

Also, I can't find out much about them- does anyone know if this is the original paint job? If it is, I'll keep it as is, otherwise I'm tempted to go with a solid colour.

A few other things- should I change the tyres and tape? I'll be adding fenders and probably a chain guard- any recommendations as to style/brands?

I'm very new to bikes (always just had what I was given), and I really want this bike to be the best it can be.

(Apologies if this isn't vintage or classic, it seemed to fit here more than in the new $3000 road bike section!)
