Schwinn " his & her's " came over.
 

I recently saw these 2 almost matching Schwinn's for sale & decided to see if they wanted to come home with me. They are both 5 spd Suburbans & will need minor work, light rust removal, & servicing. I guess the previous owner thought it was cool to flip the handlebars upside down ??? I have a couple of Pleisher rear racks that I may put on them, when finished , then sell them. Both are coppertone, but pix aren't very good.

I love 5 speed suburbans. Those are not coppertone.Sometimes it is hard to tell from a picture but they look like chestnut.

Nice bikes...they look like they're fresh from the latest Aetna commercial. Florida should be prime market for his/her bikes, no?

Love the Beagle by the way, had them growing up....been thinking about getting a pair of them....don't know if i want the responsibility though?

This area is a hot market for bikes, mostly due to the University of Fl. , but many seniors buy bikes as well. Once I finish with them, they will bring a good price. I need to look up their serial numbers for date of manufacture, first.

I had one growing up and while studying abroad in England, she came down with hip displasia. They put her down while I was away so for years after I'd return to my parents house and wonder where the dog was. :( Best dogs.

One of my favorite memories growing up was riding my Trek multi-track as fast as I could to keep her at bay, she'd cling to the back wheel and howl amazingly.

I think someone used a shrink-ray on the saddle of the men's bike.

The man's saddle is one with " double-butt " pads ! "
